É. (B's brother) pointed out that making your own yogurt is not a typical French thing (my mother confirmed that she, too, used to do this when she was little), but nonetheless I find it quite charmant, not to mention delicious.
Bacteria cultures and milk get mixed together in little jars inside a little incubator...here's where the magic happens:
